Program Overview
Stronger Together is a supportive program that helps individuals and families build confidence, strengthen everyday life and career skills, and connect with vital community resources. The program reflects Odyssey FEC’s commitment to empowering families and strengthening communities through practical skills and meaningful connections.

We offer 3 key areas of support: 

Community Life Skills & Resource Guidance

• Access resources such as housing, healthcare, and childcare. 

• Learn how to advocate for yourself and your family.

• Practice making important calls or asking essential questions with confidence.

Workforce Readiness

• Receive personalized resume review. 

• Practice mock interviews with constructive feedback. 

• Professional tips on dressing for the job you want and presenting with confidence. 

• Participants also receive step-by-step support for finding a job and advancing their career goals.

Language Support for Spanish-Speaking Families

• Practice everyday conversational English and introductions.

• Role-play real-life situations (appointments, school meetings, shopping).

• Support with translation and important documents.
